These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saint Lucia.

Subscription Payments

All Payments are done within the app or web app.

• Payment Terms: By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as described on our website or as otherwise communicated to you. Payment can be made through the provided payment methods.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed on a recurring basis, typically monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
• Non-Refundable: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded, in whole or in part.
• Automatic Renewal: Curi Inc does not automatically renew subscriptions. At the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will expire unless you choose to renew it.

Termination

• Right to Terminate: Curi Inc reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Merchant’s Right to Cancel: Merchants can cancel their subscription plan at any time by not renewing it at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation must be done before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• Effect of Termination:Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and any data associated with your account. We are not responsible for preserving or providing access to data after termination.
